In April of 2017, The Cooper Family joyfully welcomed Charlotte to their family. Matthew and Stacey were able to travel to China to meet Charlotte and complete her adoption on April, 18, 2017. The Cooper Family were recipients of the Archbishop Robert J Carlson Adoption Grant. They generously have shared some of their family pictures of this wonderful event.
This picture shows the moment when Charlotte was first handed to Stacey. Stacey states that this is, “an obvious outpouring of love that I can just imagine that is how the Father loves us (and even more).
This picture is from our adoption day in China at the Civil Affairs office. This is the day Charlotte really became part of the Cooper Family.
